On Simplicity

Simplicity is a wonderfully sounding word. The connotations of an easy, relaxed way of living are truly appealing.

But let’s be real, life isn’t always simple. Yet, we spend significant energy on trying to make our lives more simple.

In a way, it’s counterintuitive. The harder we try to simplify things, the more complex life becomes.
