Change is what you make of it

Just because something “has always been done this way,” doesn’t mean it’s the right way.

In fact, it means squat.

Things change. People change. Processes change. Technology changes. The inability to navigate from the status quo is the roadblock to literally everything.

Successful people don’t limit themselves to how things have always been. They embrace change. They adapt to the new. We see this with the burst of AI-powered technologies now being incorporated in every industry and sector.

The struggles we encounter, whether social, economic, or political, have much to do with accepting or not accepting change.

It is not a question of what change, but how can I adapt to the inevitable change? What type of leader do I want to be? What type of person do I want to be?
