Artificial intelligence is the next big thing. It’s just as big as the invention of the Internet. Electricity. Sliced bread. Fire. Are we all clear? Do we all understand the hype?

Alright, let’s calm down.

Yes, AI is and will shape the human future. It’s in everything now and continues to evolve. Every sector, every organization, and every one of us as individuals needs to learn and adapt to the implementation of AI.

Every leader needs to adapt as well. When I speak of leaders, I’m not only referring to CEOs and the executive ranks. Look around, most are already diving into the AI.

I’m talking about managers, team leaders, and project and product managers. I’m also talking about teachers, senior architects, and producers.

Anyone who directly or indirectly leads others, all need to adapt to AI. Of course, there are myriad ways to learn AI and start building your skills.

And of course, why not start throwing some questions into ChatGPT? But how does AI impact us as leaders?
